Shimmershade

This gorgeous bear is one of our older-style 'Toddler' bears (bears that can be dressed in standard baby clothing so you can shop for their outfits yourself - if you'd like to dress them). The Toddler range don't have the heavy heads of the baby-version of this design, so they can be displayed sitting upright.

Shimmershade is made from two of our favourite fabrics to work with - gorgeous curlylocks mohair and luxury long pile alpaca. Both fabrics have been dyed in an elegant silvery-stormcloud-blue. Shimmershade's nose is hand embroidered in a pastel grey-blue DMC perle cotton. She looks out through large hand-painted glass eyes in the bright, sparkling golds and greens with hand-sculpted eyelids and lashes.

This girl is fully T-pin jointed and stuffed well with polyfill, glass and steel shot weighting. Her hands and feet have been made using some of our silvery faux leather, and feature our 3D shaped pad detailing. She looks absolutely perfect displayed just with her stunning fur on show, so we have given her an elegant and perfectly matching green and gold necklace. 

Shimmershade is a gorgeous one of a kind artist bear. The only available sibling ('Lilyglade') from her group photo can be found in her own listing.
